Rescue Victims; Identify Images!
AS Part Of Initiative

This case is another one in in the ECAP initiative. ECAP is the acronym for Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP). This is a new and dynamic way to give names to unidentified persons who may be involved in sexually abusing children. Maybe they are part of producing child pornography. This is an effort to combat crimes aainst children. The FBI and NCMEC are cooperating in this effort to stop such crimes. ECAP looks for both national and international exposure of those who may be involved in crimes against children. These people are called ECAP John and Jane Does. Their faces or distinguishing characteristics have been seen in child pornography images.

The FBI have a series of cases also under the ECAP initiative. These cases involve identifying images rather than John or Jane Does. These are images that are suspected scenes of child pornography. They, too, are cases which are efforts to solve crime cases against children.

Rescue Victims; Identify Images! 1
This Case

Investigators believe that the images in the above poster can help solve a child pornography case. So they are seeking information about the images in the above poster. Identifying these images can lead to identifying and then rescuing child victims. The FBI analyzes images like these to determine clues as to where children may be held captive. Discerning these clues and/or providing extra information does two things. First, it helps to identify and rescue child victims. Second, this helps to bring perpetrators to justice. Therefore, no clue or piece of information is too small to help.

Click on the above poster to enlarge it. Then, once enlarge, you can click on it and it should “blow up” if you need even larger print. Read the data below and then look at the above images in the poster. If you notice anything, or recognize anything, use the contact information I have provided at the bottom of this post. But all of us can share this post freely, and reach the person (s) with information.
