Unknown Suspect N Investigation

Investigators have distributed a person of interest (POI) photo. It is shown on the above posters. And an enlarged photo of this unidentified POI is shown below. This person was observed on the Delphi Historic Trail. The photo seems to depict a Caucasian male. He is wearing blue jeans and a blue coat or jacket. He is also wearing a hoodie. As this investigation wore on, earliest evidence has led investigators to suspect that this pictured male is a suspect in this murder case.

The FBI have officially named the unidentified male as a suspect. And they have released an updated photo. It contains a new sketch of this suspect. And authorities are interested in him. He is now a suspect, not a person of interest. A POI isn’t a suspect. It is person who may or may not be guilty of a crime. But they are believed to have critical information that can aid in a specific investigation. A suspect is believed to be guilty.
