Mount Vernon Jane Doe’s estimated age, at her death, was an estimated 18 to 25 years old. Her estimated weight was approximately 105 pounds. This unidentified woman’s estimated weight was approximately 5’3.” Her eyes were hazel. At her discovery, her hair was light brown, long, and straight. It is estimated that her pubic hair has been shaved with Brazilian wax. Her armpits were unshaven. Though both her ears were pierced, there were no earrings with her.

Mount Vernon Jane Doe had a large birthmark on right front side of neck. It was just above her shoulder. There were freckles on face under her eyes. She was totally unclothed. And she had reddish pink fingernail polish
(or “fake press”) under her nails. Mount Vernon Jane Doe was left on street in an industrial area. She was placed nude with her arms and hands out to the side. And her legs crossed at the ankles. This unidentified young woman’s clothes were not on the scene of where she was dumped. She was bound at the hands and ankles prior to being dumped. There were strangulation marks around her neck.
