Identify John Doe #31!
Initiative 2 Protect Children

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) releases posters of unknown people. These people are unidentified to authorities investigating cases. These unknown are believed to hold the key to solving cases of crimes against children. The Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) has been set up to make this campaign possible. It’s a new and unique way to proactively spot unknowns whom authorities suspect may be involved in sexual crimes against children. Or child porn. The FBI and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) are teaming up to lead in ECAP. ECAP is looking for ways to expose these unidentified people. To do so nationally and internationally.

These unknown people are referred to as John and Jane Does. Don’t confuse them with those who are literally without their names. These people’s faces and distinguishing traits have been captured in child porn images. But they are not known.

Identify John Doe #31!
The Unknown Man

Law enforcement officials (LE) are trying to identify a man whom they call John Doe #31. They ask that the public provide tips and leads that will identify this man. For LE believe that he possesses critical information that can break a case wide open. They are concerned about the health and well-being of a child. He’s not a criminal suspect at this time. But LE became aware of him in January of 2012. Investigators describe John Doe #31 as a Caucasian male. He’s probably between the ages of 35 and 50. This person has a bald head. In January 2012, John Doe #31 appeared, wearing a t-shirt. It had black short sleeves. And it had thin white gray or gray horizontal stripes. You can see photos (in poster) where #s 4, 5, and 6 show up on the wall behind him.

Behind the case being investigated are human beings. And a child. For their sakes, let’s share this freely. Bring them the answers they need.
