Identify Jane Doe B-17! Jane Doe B-17 is an unidentified female victim of Gary Ridgeway. She is one of three unidentified Green River Killer victims. Her body was skeletal remains. He is better-known as the Green River Killer. Jane Doe B-17 was found in Washington State. This unidentified victim was found on January 2, 1986. She was a Caucasian female. Her postmortem interval (time between when she was found and when she was murdered) is estimated to be 1 to 4 years. Jane Doe B-17 is estimated to be between 14 to 19 at the time of her murder. This unidentified victim’s height was an estimated 5’4″ to 5’8″ at the time of her death.120 to 145 pounds Her weight was an estimated when she was murdered. IT was determined that homicide was the manner of her death.

Jane Doe B-17’s skeletal remains were found a few years after her murder. It has not been released what the exact cause of death was. However, the Green River killer, Gary Ridgway, admitted to killing her. And placed her remains where he disposed of his other victims. She had some fillings in her teeth, which can be seen on her NamUs profile. Because of decomposition, the Jane Doe’s hair and eye color were not possible to estimate. Isotope testing pinpointed the Jane Doe’s possible geographic locations to Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, or North Dakota. She was also possibly from the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland or Labrador.

She may be Pollyanne Carter (ruled out)

Jane Doe B-17 is ruled out as almost all the missing females above. This means that their families still remains without answers. It seems that most of the victims of Gary Ridgeway, the Green River Killer, were alleged runaways or prostitutes. Jane B-17 will have to be matched with a young missing female who vanished years before January 2, 1986. Her murder allegedly took years before she was found. I can think of a possible match. Roxanne Marie Sims. Sims vanished out of Oregon, at the age of 18, and in the year 1977. But if it is Sims, several years would have had to go by between her disappearance and her murder. You may have other ideas for matched. Jane Doe B-17 may be a young woman or older teen who was never reported as missing. Someone (s) somewhere is missing Jane Jane Doe B-17!
