Identify Goodhue County Newborns! The female infant was found deceased in Goodhue County, Minnesota. This newborn Jane Doe was found in the city of Redwine, Minnesota. Newborn Jane Doe was found on November 4, 1999. She was found wrapped in a towel 10 yards north of Mississippi Shore. She is a female and possibly Caucasian. The race could not be positively determined.Her estimated age newborn. She weighed an estimated six pounds. This infant was determined to be twenty-one inches. She had straight, brown hair.

Circumstances of Newborn Jane Doe’s Discovery

In Redwing, Minnesota, a full term infant with umbilical cord still attached was found. Newborn Jane Doe was found 10 yards north of the Mississippi shore. She was located near 800 Levee Drive. Newborn Jane Doe’s body showed slight signs of decomposition upon discovery. The infant had not been in the water for long. The race of the deceased infant Jane Doe is most likely Caucasian. This infant is genetically related maternally to the infant male unidentified deceased newborn, case# GC03-127. Infant John Doe had been found on December 7, 2003, four years later. The male was deceased approx two days to two weeks before found. Authorities believe the two unidentified babies have the same biological mother. They believe they may have separate fathers.

It is determined that he was fourteen inches long. He had black curly hair. Newborn John Doe was probably Caucasian. The race could not be positively determined.

The male infant had been born alive. He was found on the edge of Lake Pepin. The estimated birth time was two days to two weeks. This is before he was found deceased. This newborn John Doe is genetically related maternally to the newborn infant Jane Doe. She was found four years earlier. (case# GC99-158.) Fewer details are as available on the circumstances of newborn John Doe’s discovery as they are of newborn Jane Doe’s.
