Appeal

Uma Davi Sewpersaud has been missing for over 16 years. Her case is still being called a runaway. Granted, Uma may have left of her own accord at the time. But did she intend to leave for hours, days, months, or years? What could have happened to her over this long stretch of time? It insults common sense to suggest that Uma may be walking around somewhere and may not be aware that she is missing. That adds up only if she has dementia or some mental health condition. No, it’s more probable that something has happened to her.
