Find missing Timothy Patrick Cullen! Timothy “Tim” Patrick Cullen was last heard from on January 24, 2018. At that time, he sent a text to his Mom from Clearwater, Florida. But was last seen on January 22 by his Dad in Largo. Timothy has two tattoos He has a cross on his left forearm and “BELIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE” on his right forearm. And he has a noticeable freckle on his left arm. Tim’s blue Honda Civic was found at the Royal Breeze Apartments on February 4. However, the next day it had been moved a few spots. It has Florida license plate: IXN-J51. This were removed and the windows were rolled halfway down. Tim has Asperger’s Syndrome but does not take medications.
Timothy Patrick Cullen is a Caucasian male. He is 24 years old. Timothy’s nickname is Tim. He is described with blue eyes and brown hair. Timothy is described as 6’5″ tall and 180 pounds.
