At his disappearance, Sebastian was 30 years old. Mr. Kelley was born in the year 1987. He is described as an African-American male. Sebastian is described as 5’11” and he weighs in the range of 190 to 200 pounds. His hair is described as gray and brown. And it’s balding. Mr. Kelley’s eyes are brown. He sometimes wears glasses.

Sebastian has distinguishing physical characteristics. Both his ears are pierced. His tongue is pierced. And his right nostril is pierced. Sebastian has a Willow Grace tattoo going across the right side of his neck. He has a skeleton surrounded by flames tattooed on his left forearm. Another tattoo is Faith written across the right top part of his hand. Sebastian has seven scars from stab wounds spread out on his stomach. He has a scar going across his right eyebrow. And he has two scars on his left lower back from back surgery.

Sebastian has both top and bottom braces. He has two front top row teeth missing. When he was last seen, he was wearing black shorts and a typical white plain t-shirt. He was also wearing a pair of high top black Nikes with white Nike sign along the siding. Sebastian may be carrying a black backpack. Mr. Kelley may be wearing a pair of sunglasses and a black bandana.

At his disappearance, Sebastian was involved in an altercation. This occurred on the 16th of June. And he was found to have some swelling and bleeding on the brain. Mr. Kelley left against medical advice. On June 17th he was at his sister’s home on Gilman Street, which is in Portland, Maine. He left there and hasn’t been seen since.
Aside from this, few details are available in the disappearance of Sebastian Kelley. It is unclear if he disappeared voluntarily or not.
