Find Missing Robert C Putman!

Robert C Putnam has been missing for eighteen years. He is missing with medical needs. After all this time, there is still so little information available. It took some digging to find what was available. Just because he had initially wandered away doesn’t mean that he is choosing to stay away. If he has died from natural causes, wouldn’t he have been found by now? If he is alive, is he living as a homeless person? If police are considering foul play, they have not made this public. But when someone has been missing for almost two decades, should it be considered?
