Appeal

Latisha’s is not a simple missing person. She is one of those unfortunate missing persons who are presumed murdered without the location of their bodies. Most of the time, when authorities make this determination, they generally are not wrong. But nothing is final until a body is actually physically located. It seems that usually, authorities do not make this determination easily. But it is sad that authorities reportedly are not trying to locate Frazier’s body.
