Terri’s Actions

That same day, Terri had placed two 9-1-1 calls from their home. The first call was at 5:17 P.M. It was classified as a “threats” call. The second call was at 11:39 P.M. It was classified as a “child custody” call. Kaine wasn’t when the either call was made. During the following days, police released more information to the public. When Kaine learned of this from authorities, he took Kiara and moved out.

Cops tried a sting and brought the landscaper to Terri’s door to demand money. And undercover agents watched from nearby. But Terri called 9-1-1 instead, to say someone was demanding $10,000 from her. Kaine had filed for divorce and a restraining order from Terri. He said that he heard that police believed she was responsible for Kyron’s disappearance. And, she was responsible for the attempted murder-for-hire. A Judge banned Terri from contacting Kaine, Kyron, Kira, or her teenage son. Kaine sought custody of Kiara and child support.
