Find missing Kortne Ciera Stouffer! Kortne Ciera Stouffer has been missing since July 29, 2012. She is missing from Palmyra, Pennsylvania. A Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) Alert has been issued for her. FBI issues ViCAP Alerts for missing or unidentified persons in whose cases foul play is suspected. Kortne is classified as an endangered missing person. At the time of her disappearance, Stouffer was 21 years old. Her current age is 26 to 27 years of age.

Description

Kortne Ciera Stouffer is a Caucasian female. She is described as 5’8″ tall and 115 to 120 pounds. Her hair is described as blonde and longer than shoulder-length. Her eyes are green. Kortne has tattoos. They include on the right arm which reads “ONE LOVE.” Kortne has a tattoo on the top of her right foot which is three stars. On her left side she has has a pistol shooting flowers. It is unknown what Kortne was wearing when last seen.

On Sunday, July 29, 2012, Kortne Ciera Stouffer vanished for no apparent reason. She was seen at Downtown Harrisburg at the Hardware Bar. It is located on Second Street. And then Kortne was last seen at about 3:45 A.M., at her apartment. The last known contact with her was allegedly at 3:30 A.M., according to the Palmyra Police, in regards to a disturbance. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance. And her family believe that she was kidnapped and is being held against her will.

Kortne Ciera Stouffer’s family have been suffering a five year nightmare. And unless something dramatic happens between now and then, they will face still another Christmas without her. Her family have put up a reward for information leading to her return. They have been proactive in the search for her. But they cannot do it alone.
