Jose Moreno Caballero is a Latino male of Hispanic ethnicity. His hair is black and his eyes are brown. Caballero is described as 5’8″ tall and 150 pounds. Caballero usually wore non-prescription sunglasses at the time of his 1996 disappearance. When he was last seen, Caballero was wearing a red sweater, a tan
jacket and jeans.
