Find missing Jholie Moussa! Jholie Moussa was last seen on January 12, 2018. She is from Alexandria, Virginia. Jholie was last seen in the 4200 block of Sonia Court at approximately 4:30 P.M. in Fairfax, Virginia. Jholie verbally told and texted her sister that she was headed to a party in Norfolk. That’s the last time anyone heard from her. Jholie Moussa is an African-American female. She is 16 years old. Moussa is 5’2” tall and 105 pounds. Her eyes are brown and her hair is black. Jholie has long blonde braids and an infinity tattoo on her shoulder with her name and her twins sister’s name on it. She was last seen wearing a black coat with a fur collar, a plaid shirt and blue jeans with UGG boots.

The loved ones of Jholie Mhussa are going through their absolute worst nightmare. She also has a twin sister and twins are unusually close. So many people are missing Jholie. So she was headed to a party and sent her twin sister a text? It is what happened after that which is the mystery. Her mother is frustrated because an Amber Alert wasn’t issued for her daughter. The criteria for am Amber Alert are strict: evidence that a missing child is in imminent risk of bodily harm or death, a suspect, evidence of an abduction and preferably vehicle information. And Amber Alert subjects must be 16 years old or younger. Even if a child doesn’t meet these strict criteria, they are still endangered and their parents are distraught.
