Find Missing James T Boozer Sr! James T Boozer Sr has been missing since June 21, 2006. He is missing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. James T Boozer Sr is classified as an endangered missing person. His year of birth is 1925. At the time of his disappearance, Mr. Boozer Sr was 80 years old. His current age is 92 years old. James T Boozer Sr is an African-American male. His hair is black and his eyes are brown. Mr. Boozer Sr is described as 5’11” tall and 128 pounds. When he was last seen, Mr. Boozer Sr. was wearing
a red and blue short-sleeved plaid shirt. He wore a white long-sleeve thermal undershirt, a tan jacket, tan pants and brown shoes. Mr. Boozer Sr wore a white cap, a dark brown belt and a Timex watch.

James T Boozer Sr suffers from dementia and requires daily medication for a heart condition. Boozer’s nicknames are Jimmy, Jim and J. He is missing one of his upper front teeth and he has previously broken his right hand. He has a small scar above his right eye near his hairline.

James T Boozer Sr was last seen left his residence on foot. He was seen in the 5800 block of Montrose in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Boozer Sr was last seen at 8:00 A.M. on June 21, 2006. He was supposed to take the train to a doctor’s appointment at Wills Eye Hospital. Mr. Boozer Sr arrived safely at the doctor’s office. The office was located in the vicinity of 8th Street and Walnut. And he left afterwards at 11:30 A.M. He never made it home and has never been heard from again. He was carrying a brown wallet at the time of his disappearance.

Prior to his disappearance, Boozer had begun falling asleep during the daytime. Authorities believe it’s possible he fell asleep on the train. Mr. Boozer Sr may have missed his stop and became lost and disoriented. Boozer’s wife describes him as an extremely shy man who would be unlikely to seek out attention even if he needed help. She reported him as a missing person at 5:00 P.M. on the day of his disappearance.

Due to his medical conditions, there is fear for James T Boozer Sr’s safety. He has gone missing before. Mr. Boozer was not having any family problems at the time of his June 2006 disappearance. He is a World War II veteran. And he worked for the Campbell’s Soup company for 40 years. His case remains unsolved.
