Find missing Heather Lynn Higgins! Heather Lynn Higgins has been missing since September 20, 2010. She is missing from Spokane, Washington. Heather Lynn Higgins is classified as an endangered missing person. She was born in the year 1971. At the time of her disappearance, Heather was 39 years old. Her current age is 47 years old. She is a Caucasian female. Heather height range is 5’7″ to 5’8.” Her weight range is 110 to 120 pounds. Heather has blonde hair and blue/hazel eyes. It is unknown what Heather was wearing when she was last seen.

Heather Higgins reportedly has knife wound scars on her chest and upper back. And she may be missing a nail on one of
her big toes. Her ears are pierced two or three times. Reportedly, Heather has scoliosis. She wears eyeglasses for driving. Occasionally she wears them for reading. She is said to be a heavy smoker. Reports state that Higgins suffers from bipolar disorder and needs medication to control this condition. She reportedly doesn’t take the medication regularly. And she has been hospitalized for her condition before. Without her medication, Heather may have panic attacks and paranoid delusions.

It was September 20, 2010 in Spokane, Washington State. Heather was last seen leaving her apartment on 10th and Cherry Road that day. She had left with an unidentified male acquaintance. Heather was carrying her purse and a backpack or duffle bag at that time. Her Acquaintance had claimed that he had dropped her off at home later. But no one saw her go inside. Heather Higgins has never been heard from again. Reportedly, Heather’s bipolar disorder had caused her to be hospitalized shortly before her disappearance. She had been in the process of moving to another apartment.

While Heather was hospitalized, someone had broken into her apartment. Reportedly, they burglarized her apartment and stole the money that Heather had saved for her rent deposit. She was on probation for driving under the influence and wasn’t allowed to drive. Heather also was facing serious financial problems and was under serious stress. Heather had left her car behind. She also left behind her wallet, keys, toothbrush, and other belongings. Higgins also left her pet cats behind. She was a journalism student at the time and attended Eastern Washington University.

Reportedly, at the time of her disappearance, Heather had two misdemeanor warrants out for her arrest. But authorities do not believe that Higgins was fleeing prosecution. She she went missing, she hasn’t used her cellular phone or accessed her bank account. Authorities believe that Heather Higgins may have been the victim of a homicide.

Heather’s family want the video below to be circulated far and wide. They hope it will encourage someone to come forward with information which can help bring her home to them.
