Find Missing George Boardman! George Boardman has been missing since October 5, 2000. He is missing from Bingham, Maine.
George Boardman is classified as an endangered missing person. His year of birth is unknown. At the time of his disappearance, Boardman was 70 years old. His current age is 88 to 89 years old. George Boardman is a Caucasian male. He is described as 5’6″ tall and 150 to 170 pounds. His hair is described as graying brown (may be grayer now). Boardman’s eyes are blue. No other physical description of Boardman is known. It is also unknown what he was wearing when he was last seen.

George Boardman was last seen by his roommates in Bingham, Maine on October 5, 2000. He said he was going to a doctor’s appointment. But he never returned. On November 6, his brown 1990 Honda Accord with the Maine license plate number 3403 JF was found abandoned in the Searsmont Municipal Parking Lot in Searsmont, Maine. It was found approximately a week and a half later. His vehicle was over seventy miles from Bingham. Boardman has never been heard from again. Investigation revealed that Boardman may have been murdered. Attempts to locate his body have not been successful.

Who is George Boardman?

George Boardman is a retired merchant sailor. And he has been known to go on trips for weeks at a time without giving notice. Therefore, at first his family was unconcerned about his disappearance. They filed a missing persons report after he failed to contact him over the Christmas 2000 holidays. Boardman is childless and has never been married. But he has relatives in Maine, Vermont and Florida. His case remains unsolved and foul play is suspected.

George Board man has been missing for almost 18 years. It’s unfortunate that his habit of going for trips unannounced has kept him from being reported as missing until it may have been too late. And it’s unfortunate that he has no immediate family focused on his searched, no spouse or children. Hopefully, he has relatives and friends who are proactive in his search. Sadly, neither Internet or Facebook search results bring up up many results in the disappearance of Boardman. In fact, few results come up. I find no family or friends posting about him online. Surely somewhere, someone (s) is missing Boardman. Do you have any information concerning the whereabouts of George Boardman? Do you have any information concerning the person (s) responsible for his disappearance?
