Call for Help

Tony is blind and is a fall risk. In the text in italics, his daughter mentions other medical needs that her father has. Being a person with multiple disabilities, Frank is especially vulnerable to his environment. It is disturbing that he is said to have waled to a gas station. But he isn’t seen on video surveillance. It doesn’t mean Tony wasn’t there. Tony doesn’t sound like the type of person who would voluntarily walk away from his life.
Blindness alone makes mobility a challenge.

Someone (s) has information that can lead to Tony! Do you have information that can lead to the whereabouts of Frank Tony Chiricuzio? If so, please contact Red Bluff Police Department at (530) 527-8282. If you have seen Tony, call 9-1-1!
