Thank you
I want to thank every one who has joined this group. If you could be so kind as to spread the invitation around. The more people that see Emillie’s face the more chance there is of finding her.
There are very few resources in the United States for finding missing adults. Currently privacy laws do not allow for a great deal of investigation without evidence of exploitation or foul play. To further complicate this, the economy greatly defines what resources there are for families of missing adults. The largest advocacy group recently had to close its doors due to lack of funding. If nothing else, perhaps this group can help to illumine this little-known problem.
