Find missing Dale Hunter! Dale Hunter is considered an endangered missing adult. He is missing with medical needs.
Dale Hunter was last seen at his residence. Its is located in the 1200 block of Altamont Road. In Paris Mountain area of Greeneville County, South Carolina. Dale has been missing since 11:45 A.M. on Thursday April 5, 2018. He left for a walk and never returned. Mr. Hunter was wearing a blue shirt with blue jeans and a green bath robe. He suffers from severe dementia and also has cochlear implants. His implants require charging every 24 hours so at this time he is unable to hear anything. Please be aware he may not react in a predictable manner due to his dementia.

Dale Hunter has lived in Greenwville his entire adult life. But he has a lake home off Highway 187 in Anderson, South Carolina. It is located near the Williford Fire Department. His childhood home was near Inman Drive in Anderson. It is possible that he asked a passerby for a ride to Anderson. Dale Hunter is a Caucasian male. He is 76 years old. His hair is described as while and his eyes are blue. Mr. Hunter is described as 5’11” tall and 162 pounds.

Dale Hunter has been missing for ten days. He is blessed with a family, friends, and community who are pouring themselves into the search for him. The amazing show of support can be seen at the Facebook group set up for him. Reward all their efforts and generate tips and leads. There is a $10,000 reward for credible information that leads to Mr. Hunter’s safe return. His family is very concerned for his well-being. If you have seen Dale or have any information on his whereabouts, please contact Greenville County Sheriff’s Office (864) 467-5300. You may contact Crime Stoppers of Greenville (888) CRIMESC (888-274-6372). If you see Dale Hunter, call 9-1-1! You are asked to keep him in your sight.

SAD UPDATE: It was brought to my attention that the body of Dale Hunter has been found, according to his family via Facebook:

Earlier this evening the Hunter family was informed by authorities that officials have identified the body of Mr Dale Hunter. Everyone involved is grateful for the outpouring of support, prayers, and love shown these past two weeks.

We ask that you patiently await more information from the family, authorities, and media sources, and please be respectful of the family and others as you share your thoughts and condolences here and elsewhere on social media.
