Find Missing B’Trice Higgin!

B’Trice Higgin has been missing for over one year. Agencies do not consider her to be an endangered missing person. It is beyond me how any missing person can be judged not to be in at least potential danger. For their whereabouts are unknown, after all. Can this judgement of her case have stood in the way of her being found? What was B’Trice doing when she was last seen? Who last saw her? Could someone (s) be holding B’Trice against her will? Does she know anyone who may have a motive to harm her? Do you have any information concerning the whereabouts of B’Trice Higgin? Do you have any information concerning any person (s) involved in her disappearance?
