Find Missing Barbara Stoffer! Barbara Stoffer has been missing since August 20, 2013. She is missing from Howardville, Missouri. Barbara Stoffer is classified as an endangered missing person. Her year of birth is 1930. At the time of her disappearance, Ms. Stoffer was 83 years old. Her current age is 88 years old. Barbara Stoffer is a Caucasian male. She is described as 5’0″ tall and 120 pounds. Her hair is described as gray and her eyes are brown. Stoffer reportedly has bipolar disorder and depression. Stoffer wears eyeglasses. It is unknown what she was wearing when she was last seen.

Barbara Stoffer was last seen in Howardville, Missouri. She was seen at 5:18 P.M. on August 20, 2013. She was driving a green Volvo 850 GLT with an expired Missouri license plate numbered 078RYW, headed southbound on Highway 61. She has never been heard from again.

Stoffer’s driver’s license was expired at the time of her disappearance. An extensive search of the area turned up no indication of her whereabouts and her case remains unsolved.
