Opinion

Research has uncovered that Andrea Spencer has disappeared at least two times before. And now she is missing at least a third time. Again, we want her to be brought home safe and sound, as in her prior disappearances. Those who vanish over and over are typically endangered runaways. It’s doubtful if these multiple disappearances are abductions. But those who disappear over and over are repeat runaways. And when children or teens run away or go missing repeatedly, something is wrong. It can’t be taken for granted that Andrea Spencer will be found safe and sound because she was found safe in the past. WE have no information on the circumstances on the circumstances surrounding Andrea’s disappearance. This time, she needs to be brought home and remain home.
