In Raleight, North Carolina at 4:16 P.M., the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered teen girl, Alaycia Ceheira Williams. She went missing at 5659 NC 11 at North Bethel North Carolina. She was last seen at North Pitt High School, on March 2, 2018. Lacy is a student at this high school.

This teen girl suffers from a cognitive impairment. She was last seen wearing a dark green down jacket, white collard shirt and black pants. Alaycia Ceheira Williams is an African-American female. She is 15 years old. She is described as 5’10” tall and 115 pounds. Her hair is described as black and medium length. And her eyes are brown. Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Alaycia Ceheira Williams, especially because she is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
