Appeal

This is a heartbreaking case. What is “home to Jesse” in our talk about bringing him home? As with his siblings, it seems that his mother is his problem. Bringing him home means, in his case, returning him to a foster home. Did the stem fail him that one time he ran away and he was returned to his mother? Jesse had once said that he was “scared.” Maybe his disappearance could have been prevented in the first place. But it is too late to change the past. It is hoped that Jesse can still be found alive. But how can an 11 year old take care of himself? The best case scenario is that someone is hiding him. And it would just be a matter of finding him and capturing whoever would be hiding him.
